Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our courses or using our educational services.

Welcome to MiniU EdTech. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, students agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

Admission & Fee Policy

  • Admission is confirmed only after successful payment of fees (full or partial as per institute policy).
  • Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • EMI or installment payments must be cleared on time.
  • Failure to complete fee payments may result in suspension of services or placement assistance.

Attendance & Academic Requirements

  • Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75%.
  • Students are expected to complete all assignments, projects, and assessments.
  • Certificates will be issued only after successful course completion and assessment clearance.

Course Materials & Intellectual Property

  • All study materials, recordings, projects, and resources provided by MiniU EdTech are for personal learning purposes only.
  • Sharing, reproducing, distributing, or selling course materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

Batch Scheduling

MiniU EdTech reserves the right to reschedule classes, batches, or sessions due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

Student Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during classes, assessments, and placement activities.
  • Any misconduct, abusive behavior, or violation of institute policies may result in termination of admission without refund.

Placement Assistance Policy

Eligibility Criteria

Students will be eligible for placement assistance only if they satisfy all the following conditions:

Academic & Course Completion

  • Completion of 100% of course modules
  • Successful completion of assignments, projects, and assessments
  • Minimum attendance of 75%

Skill & Performance Requirements

  • Demonstration of practical knowledge and job readiness
  • Completion of capstone or real-time projects
  • Active participation in mock interviews and training sessions

Professional Readiness

  • Resume prepared in MiniU standard format
  • Attendance in soft skills and interview preparation sessions
  • Active profiles on job portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri.com

Discipline & Commitment

  • Regular attendance in placement activities
  • Timely response to interview calls and company communications
  • Mandatory attendance for all scheduled interviews

Disqualification from Placement Assistance

Placement assistance may be discontinued if:

  • The course remains incomplete
  • Pending fee payments exist
  • Attendance falls below 75%
  • The student engages in misconduct or unprofessional behavior
  • The student fails to attend interviews assigned by MiniU EdTech

Final selection depends on:

  • Student performance
